Criminal Trial Advocacy
Substantive experience in criminal trials before the Metropolitan Criminal Courts at Nampally and Sessions Courts. Our practice includes matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, IPC offences, and special statutes. Prosecutorial background provides insight into trial procedure and evidentiary standards.
Banking & Financial Institution Representation
We appear as panel advocate for nationalised banks, private banks, and NBFCs in recovery proceedings and enforcement actions. Institutional clients include Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bajaj Finance, Tata Motors Finance, HDB Financial Services, and others.
SARFAESI Act & Secured Transactions
Advisory and litigation under the Securitisation Act for secured creditors and borrowers. We handle possession applications, Section 17 appeals before the DRT, and related enforcement matters.
Debt Recovery Tribunal Practice
Regular appearances before the DRT in original applications, execution of recovery certificates, and appeals before the DRAT. We represent banks, NBFCs, and borrowers in debt recovery proceedings.
Civil & Commercial Disputes
Civil litigation before the City Civil Courts including recovery suits, execution petitions, and property disputes. We provide title verification services and render legal opinions on real estate transactions.
